Vouchers for January 10, 2024 through February 14, 2024 as presented by the Clerk

  1. 6.DEPARTMENTS & PLAN COMMISSION REPORTS

Fire – number of meetings, call info, new members, repairs, major purchases

Public Works – road repair work, equipment maintenance, shop information

Canine – number of dogs picked up, kept, or delivered to vet, complaints handled

Building Inspector – any permits issued, inspections done, compliance with State regs.

Code Enforcer – complaints received and handling of previous complaints

Recycling – hours of work, items shipped, requests for updates

  1. 7.NEW BUSINESS

DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

  1. Approval of CSM’s as may be presented
  2. Russ Wankowski and other Sandstone Flowage persons to address the Board concerning spraying of private lands for gypsy moth and the Town possibly passing a resolution or Ordinance for property owners to comply and pay their portion.
  3. Sandstone flowage persons to speak with Board concerning possible wave restrictions on Sandstone Flowage
  4. Mr. Holsen to address the Board on an issue with WPS at his Pheasant Drive address
  5. Passing a Resolution in support of Marinette County acquisition of a parcel of land known as the Wendt Property Acquisition in the Town of Stephenson.
  6. Passing a Resolution for a request to the DNR for funds to assist the Town in paving of Ranch Road
  7. Information, discussion, and possible action on the agreement for shared services with the Village of Crivitz as per the Shared Services Committee meeting of February 8, 2024.
  8. Animal control responsibilities and the possibility of requesting the Sheriff’s Department pay for the animal control service they request for cats.
  9. Fire Department rescue truck.
  10. Discussion on Agricultural roads grant.
  11. Budget amendments for 2023.
  12. Operator’s licenses as may have been received
