NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

WITH A QUORUM OF THE TOWN BOARD PRESENT

 

A VARIANCE HEARING WILL BE HELD ON

WEDNESDAY, MAY 14, 2025        BEGINNING AT 6:30 PM

BOARD MEETING TO FOLLOW

AT THE TOWN OF STEPHENSON HALL

LOCATED AT W11280 COUNTY ROAD X

FOR THE FOLLOWING APPLICANT

 

A Petition has been filed by Dan Holzer for property located at W11356 County Hwy X, parcel # 032-06848.000, Crivitz, WI 54114, requesting a variance relating to Section 15-1-14 (a) – Setbacks, of the Code of Ordinances, of the Town of Stephenson.

Requesting using existing drive and concrete for a new garage which would be 3 feet of the east lot line.

The existing garage and driveway are already there and it would keep the cost down. I would also loose a tree on the end of the driveway. The driveway would be moved to the left.

All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing and be heard.
