WITH A QUORUM OF THE TOWN BOARD PRESENT

 

A VARIANCE HEARING WILL BE HELD ON

WEDNESDAY, MAY 14, 2025        BEGINNING AT 6:30 PM

BOARD MEETING TO FOLLOW

AT THE TOWN OF STEPHENSON HALL

LOCATED AT W11280 COUNTY ROAD X

FOR THE FOLLOWING APPLICANT

 

A Petition has been filed by David Samsa for property located at W9692 Schroeder Lane, parcel # 032-1532.000, Crivitz, WI 54114, requesting a variance relating to Section 15-1-14 (b) – Setbacks, of the Code of Ordinances, of the Town of Stephenson.

Requesting to be closer to the road – distance from Schroeder Lane is 45 feet to the centerline. The new addition would line up to the existing home. There is a deck off the back of the house.

All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing and be heard.
