NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

WITH A QUORUM OF THE TOWN BOARD PRESENT

 

A VARIANCE HEARING WILL BE HELD ON

WEDNESDAY, MAY 14, 2025        BEGINNING AT 6:30 PM

BOARD MEETING TO FOLLOW

AT THE TOWN OF STEPHENSON HALL

LOCATED AT W11280 COUNTY ROAD X

FOR THE FOLLOWING APPLICANT

 

A Petition has been filed by James M Rasmussen for property located at W11226 Wagner Lane, parcel # 032-06826.000, Athelstane, WI 54104, requesting a variance relating to Section 15-1-14 – Setbacks, of the Code of Ordinances, of the Town of Stephenson.

Requesting replacing garage with a new garage. The new garage would be to close to the existing cottage. Possibility of water damage due to run off closer proximity.

The existing garage was built closer to the road than other properties. We’re requesting to replace it in the same spot. Moving it any further to the west would impede into the drain field.

All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing and be heard.
