NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

   WITH A QUORUM OF THE TOWN BOARD PRESENT

A VARIANCE HEARING WILL BE HELD ON

WEDNESDAY, MAY 14, 2025 BEGINNING AT 6:30 PM

BOARD MEETING TO FOLLOW

AT THE TOWN OF STEPHENSON HALL

LOCATED AT W11280 COUNTY ROAD X

FOR THE FOLLOWING APPLICANT

 

 

A Petition has been filed by Anthony Swanningson, for property located at N7897 Louisa Road, parcel # 032-02469.000, Crivitz, WI 54114, requesting a variance relating to 15-1-14(b), Front Setbacks requirements of the Town of Stephenson Building ordinance #96-200.

They are requesting to build a full-time dwelling closer to the road because of wetlands. The property is limited because of surrounding wetlands. A Wetland Delineation Report was prepared for Anthony Swanningson by the DNR. This may be viewed by contacting the Clerk and asking for an emailed copy of the report.

All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing and be heard.
