Regular Board Meeting

August 9, 2023

Chairman Kudick called the meeting to order at 7:13 (Deputy Clerk had to make multiple copies of information that was presented for the meeting). Chairman Kudick led everyone in the pledge of allegiance. Roll call showed Supervisors Belanger, Franzmeier, Rogers, and Stradal, Treasurer Uhazie, Attorney Coggins, and Deputy Clerk Freitag in attendance. Clerk Olson was excused.

Supervisor Rogers moved to adopt the agenda; Supervisor Stradal seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Minutes of July 12, 2023, Board Meeting, and August 2, 2023, Special Board Meeting were approved with a motion by Supervisor Belanger, second by Supervisor Stradal, and carried.

Treasurer Uhazie financial report showed the following balances as of August 9, 2023

A motion by Supervisor Stradal, Second by Supervisor Roger to accept the Treasurer’s Report and carried.

Vouchers #51238 through #51276, payroll charges, EFT payments were approved as presented with a motion by Supervisor Rogers, second by Supervisor Stradal, motion carried.

There was no correspondence or CSM’s presented.

Department reports were given for Fire by Chief Stradal, Public Works and Recycle by Superintendent of Public Works, Craig Baeten, No report for Canine, No report for Code enforcer, Report for Water Patrol by Supervisor Rogers.

The revaluation contract with Fair Market Assessments, Inc was presented. Motion by Supervisor Stradal to approve second by Supervisor Belanger, motion passed.

Applications for Operators Licenses were reviewed. Motion by Supervisor Belanger, second by Supervisor Stradal to approve Kidrel Durbin, motion passed. Application for Kelsie Tappa was tabled for more information by Supervisor Rogers, second by Supervisor Stradal, motion approved.

Under Public Comments, Dave Bensler stated that the road signs on Moonshine Hill are being stolen in Middle Inlet.

Motion to Adjourn by Supervisor Stradal, second by Supervisor Rogers. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:25 pm
