Special Board 3-27-24

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING          

                    

March 27, 2024

Chairman Kudick called the meeting to order at 6:30pm.   He led all in the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call showed Chairman Kudick, Supervisors Stradal, Belanger, Rogers and Franzmeier, and Deputy Clerk Olson, attending along with 4 others.

Supervisor Stradal moved to accept the agenda. Second by Supervisor Franzmeier. Carried.

A motion was made by Supervisor Franzmeier to approve the Class B combination liquor license for Thunder Barrel LLC operating as Thunder Mountain Bar & Grill. Second was offered by Supervisor Stradal. Deputy Clerk Olson stated that all paperwork and payment was in order. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Supervisor Stradal to approve Leslie Conard as Agent for Thunder Barrel LLC operating as Thunder Mountain Bar & Grill. Second was offered by Supervisor Belanger. Deputy Clerk Olson stated all the paperwork was in order. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Supervisor Stradal to approve the operator’s license for Jodi Berna. Second was offered by Supervisor Franzmeier. Motion carried.

A discussion was held about possible action on the Shared Services Committee and possible contract. Board members would like to table the issue for further review. A motion was made by Supervisor Rogers. Second was offered by Supervisor Belanger. Motion carried.

A discussion was held about action on creating a Constable position. Board members would like to table the issue for further review. A motion was by Supervisor Rogers to table the issue. Second was offered by Supervisor Belanger. Motion carried.

A motion to adjourn was made by Supervisor Stradal, second by Supervisor Belanger, and showed all in favor. Meeting adjourned at 7:00pm.
