SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

        

June 19, 2024

Chairman Kudick called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.   He led all in the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call showed Chairman Kudick, Supervisors Belanger, Franzmeier, Rogers, and Stradal, and Clerk Olson, in attendance along with 3 others.

Supervisor Rogers moved to accept the agenda. Second by Supervisor Stradal. Carried.

Approval of the minutes of the Special Board meetings of May 23 and May 29, both in 2024 was done with a motion by Supervisor Franzmeier, second by Supervisor Belanger, and carried.

After a short discussion, Supervisor Franzmeier moved to adopt Resolution # 04-2024 for the transfer of East and West Butler Rock Roads to Marinette County. Seconded was given by Supervisor Rogers. All in favor. Motion carried.

One bid was received for the LRIP for Schroeder Lane. Supervisor Franzmeier made a motion to accept the bid from Scott Construction for $64,800.00. Supervisor Stradal offered a second. Motion carried.

Supervisor Stradal asked if there was any chance, we would be getting the Agricultural grant for some of our roads. Nothing is expected at this time. Supervisor Belanger stated he drove all the roads on the wish list and they all need to be done. He then made a motion to send all the roads on the list in for bids and see what we can afford after the bids are in. Supervisor Franzmeier seconded. Motion carried.

A motion to adjourn was made by Supervisor Stradal, second by Supervisor Rogers and showed all in favor. Meeting adjourned at 7:18 pm.
