SPECIAL BOARD MEETING   

          

September 9, 2025

The meeting was called to order at 8:18 PM by Chairman Kudick.

Roll call showed Chairman Kudick, Supervisors Belanger, McCabe, Stradal, Van De Walle, and Clerk Olson present along with 6 others.

Supervisor Van De Walle moved to adopt the agenda as presented. Second by Supervisor McCabe and carried.

Chairman Kudick asked that the Board approve the purchase of a portable speed monitoring sign for the Highway department. The cost is $1250.00. It has a new battery, the wheel bearings on the trailer have just been repacked, has a solar back-up, and will be delivered.

Supervisor Stradal moved to approve the purchase. Supervisor Belanger offered a second. Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn at 8:23 pm by Supervisor Stradal, second by Chairman Kudick and carried.
