SP Board mtg 10-14-2025

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING   

          

October 14, 2025

The meeting was called to order at 6:10 PM by Chairman Kudick who led the others in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Roll call showed Supervisors Belanger, McCabe, Stradal, and Van De Walle, Treasurer Uhazie, and Clerk Olson present along with 2 others.

Supervisor Van De Walle moved to adopt the agenda as presented. Second by Supervisor Stradal and carried.

Motion by Supervisor McCabe to approve the change of Ordinance Title 10 Chapter 1 Section 10-1-12(b)(11) to change the speed limit on all of St Paul Road in the Town of Stephenson to 35 MPH. Second by Supervisor Stradal. Carried.

Motion to adjourn at 6:15 PM by Supervisor Stradal, second by Supervisor Van De Walle and carried.

Budget workshop was called to order at 6:15 PM with above persons still in attendance.

Copies of worksheets were handed out as well as placed on the screen for viewing. Items for the budget were gone over line by line. The Clerk and the Financial Supervisor will go over the sheets and make sure all figures are correct. If necessary, the board will meet again before October 24^th to finalize the budget to be presented at the budget hearing.

Motion to adjourn at 9:37 PM by Supervisor Van De Walle, second by Supervisor McCabe and carried.
