COMMITTEE MEETINGS             

              

January 7, 2026

ORDINANCE COMMITTEE

Supervisor McCabe opened the meeting at 6:30 pm with Chairman Kudick, Supervisors Belanger, Stradal, and Van De Walle, Clerk Olson and 3 others in attendance.

There was lengthy discussion on various Ordinances pertaining to unkept properties. After some discussion it was suggested to take to the Board to appoint a committee to work on a Public Safety and Health Hazard Ordinance

ROAD COMMITTEE

Chairman Kudick called to order at 6:53 pm with above persons still in attendance.

Supervisor McCabe questioned practices that the Town is using for road work and gravel bidding. Discussion ended with Supervisor McCabe stating he will get information to the Attorney and have him relook at his opinion on the bidding practices.

RECYCLING COMMITTEE

Supervisor Belanger opened the meeting at 7:16 pm and above-mentioned persons were all in attendance.

There are 2 applications for part-time recycling positions. He would like to hire both of them. The Chairman stated that he is allowed to do that if help is needed for the recycling centers.

PERSONNEL COMMITTEE

Called to order at 7:30 pm by Chairman Kudick, with all above persons still in attendance.

Supervisor Stradal asked if there is a need for the Code Enforcer position or if it could possibly be combined with another position. After some discussion, it was decided to take it to a closed session for further discussion.
