Fire – number of meetings, call info, new members, repairs, major purchases
Public Works – road repair work, equipment maintenance, shop information
Canine – # of dogs picked up, kept, or delivered to vet, complaints handled
Building Inspector – any permits issued, inspections done, compliance with State regs.
Code Enforcer – complaints received and handling of previous complaints
Recycling – hours of work, items shipped, requests for updates

- CSM’s as may be presented
- Update on Ordinance Committee meetings
- Review and approval of new Building Ordinance Exception form and appeal process
- Update on possible new option for internet/phone service for Town Hall, Town Garage and Town Safety building
- Potentially forming committee to coordinate State and County grant applications. Areas would include, but not be exclusive to; roads, innovation grants, public safety, environmental and recreation.
- MABAS / HIEBA meeting information and possible joining
- Budget amendment Resolution for 2025.
- Liquor license for Caldron Falls
- Appointment of Stacey Deer as Agent for Caldron Falls
- Liquor license for Stumpy’s Resort LLC
- Appointment of Shawn Utphall for Agent of Stumpy’s Resort LLC
- Liquor license for The Flowage Pub & Grub
- Appointment of Mark Jacobs as Agent for The Flowage Pub & Grub
- Event permits for Twin Bridge Ski Team for Feb 14th Fish-O-Rama and July 4th Festivities
- Picnic licenses for above dates for Twin Bridge Ski Team
- Operator licenses as may have been received
