ORDINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING

TOWN BOARD MEETING

HELD AT THE TOWN OF STEPHENSON HALL

LOCATED AT W11280 COUNTY ROAD X

Wednesday, January 28,2026

The meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm by Supervisor McCabe. In attendance were committee members - Supervisors Stradal, Van De Walle, and Belanger, Animal Control Mike Stueck, Clerk Olson, and 3 others.

Ordinance Title 15, Title 8, and Title 11 were all discussed at length and changes to each were recommended.

The recommendations will be captured, printed up, and presented to the Town Board and the Town attorney for review.

Motion to adjourn at 7:46 pm pm by Supervisor Stradal, 2nd by Supervisor Van De Walle and carried.
